To explain the title of my post....

The lovely folks over at Betty Lou's sent me a wonderful package filled with vegan Betty goodness...it's like a healthy Betty Crocker made these scrumptious snackies. I've only tried the strawberry fruit bar (gluten-free!) so far, but me oh my, this is one lovely pie! It did not disappoint me one bit. ;)

mixed in a yogurt bowl with puffed wheat, Jay Robb strawberry rice protein, cinnamon, and bloobs

Look out for another Betty Lou post soon!

I've also been blessed with the opportunity to review these creative cookies:

From Bountiful Vegan, these Intention Cookies are one of the most creative snacks that I have ever encountered. Each cookie has it's own inspiring feeling that it provides to the eater. So far, I have tried the Harmony Lemon Snickerdoodle. It was a bit crunchy and flat on it's own, but oh so good in a small bowl of nightime cereal. :)
(from bountifulvegan.com)

"This flavorfully balanced lemon snickerdoodle cookie delivers on the yummy idea of peace and unity inside and out. The appetizingly gratifying teamwork of the lemon and cinnamon are a testament to how opposites work together for the good of the whole."

"
The design on the front of the package uses lemon and cinnamon colors to draw the imagination deep into the eternal dance of harmony where serenity exists in abundance. The peace dove signifies the unincumbered flight of joy that comes with a life of harmony."

Keep an eye out for more posts about these beauties - the inside of each wrapper holds an inspirational message...I'll have to check out the Harmony cookie's message tomorrow morning!

That's all for tonight, peeps. I am pooped and I have a tad bit of school tomorrow and a doctor appt (which means I miss two of my classes, whoo!) Senioritis has set in, officially.
