Jai Ho!

Friday night, Brad and I got down Indian-style with Samosa Filled Potatos (Veganomicon) and Curry Baked Tofu using Dulcet Cuisine Mild Indian Curry Sauce that I received in the mail as a sample a while back. We were in the mood for Indian food (our favorite) and this really hit the spot. While we were cooking we even pumped up the jams with some "Jai Ho" from Slumdog Millionare and had a little dance fest in my tiny kitchen. Ah, good, good times. :)

The 'fu - thin and crispy, but still good!

What made the 'fu so dang good (Mild Indian Curry Sauce)

The remains of our filling - looks gross, but really this was spectacular.

His - PLUS another half of a stuffed potato, obviously...come on, he's a growing boy. ;)

Hers. Can you tell the difference?

All in all, we had a great dinner and were stuffed! After chowing down, we snuggled up and watched "The Box." Uhhh, I don't recommend this movie. I fell asleep before it was even over. It was boring, I guess you could say. Ha, isn't that an understatement? Brad said that it was just weird and didn't have a great ending. It was also slow starting out, but I will give it props for weirding me out at times. The creep factor was probably about a 6. Now, I will never look at peace signs the same again...ff you've seen it you know what I am talking about. Ha!
