Flackin' Face Smackin' Crackins

What a weird title, no? Let me explain...

The kind folks at Dr. In the Kitchen sent me three boxes of their Flackers raw flax seed crackers to review. They sent three varieties: Dill, Rosemary, and Savory. I found all flavors to be quite tasty, but Savory was my favorite. It had a Mexican vibe to it...and I LOVE Mexican flavors. The crackers are simply made of sprouted and dehydrated flax seeds, apple cider vinegar, soybean protein, water, and spices. They are 100% raw and packed full of Omega-3s and fiber!

If you are high raw, or even just looking for an extra boost of Omega-3s and flavor, these crackers are for you. Go check out your local health food store now! Most Whole Foods stores even carry them. Happy face smackin' flackin' with your crackins. :)

Now onto some random meals and product finds that I failed to blog about...

Well, people...this is what a lack of blogging does to you. Tons of pictures and not enough posts to blog about it all. Sorry for this JUMBO MEGA load of a post. If you have any questions about the pictures above (recipes, products, ingredients), feel free to ask - it would take forever to place captions under all of these pictures!

A few last things: The beautiful Bella's are giving away something special!
