Love and Other 4 Letter Words

I have never been a big fan of Valentine's Day, but that doesn't mean that I don't like a little lovin' every once and a while. Buying expensive gifts and going out on extravagant dates just isn't my thing. This year was a tad bit different for me now that I am with Brad. I felt a little more creative and I "celebrated" the holiday much more than in the past by making him a little conglomeration of our relationship in card form. Sort of like a storybook. Sadly, he was feeling sick (sorry for passing the bug, Brad!), so I made him banana-blueberry waffles. We then went on a trip to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. I have such a wonderful boyfriend who puts up with my obsession of all things food related - crazy shopping trips to the best two stores on earth included! Regardless of the simplicity of the day, I shared it with someone who I love very, very much. :)

4-Letter Loving:

Bowl (of cereal: aka tummy loving goodness)

Tofu (love)
I pretty much had every variety of their tofu at Whole Food's deli on Sunday. It had been much too long since I had a slice of this deliciousness. Reunited and it feels so good. :)

(Bagel and) Deli
One of the best places to eat in Oxford with my boyfran :)

Blue(berry) Waffles

Brad (my one and only love)
Never have I been with someone more amazing. Sure, I haven't been in a plethora of relationships, but I know a good one when I see it and I know not to let it go. He was the cashier at Kroger 3 times in a row (how cute, the whole grocery thing) and Katie was the vegan who bought a lot of fruit. "What do you do with all of your fruit?" he asks. "Um, I eat it," replies Katie wondering what else you would do with it. Turns out he liked to make smoothies with his fruit. So did she. A match made in heaven, if you ask me. :)
I love you, Brad. Always.
