Back in December, the company 18 Rabbits was oh so kind and sent me a few of their granola bars to review. Well, silly me, I reviewed their newest flavor (Belle Banana Foster), but forgot about the rest! I am terribly sorry for the belated review, 18 Rabbits! However, these bars were AMAZING and I really enjoyed giving them a taste test. :)
These bars are crunchy, yet chewy, with just the right amount of sweetness to them. The company's very own granola is what I think gives these bars a distinct flavor. I tried the bars containing their Veritas Granola, but had to let someone else sample the two bars containing Gracious Granola because it contained butter. Here is some info from the 18 Rabbits website:
"It all started down a gravel road in Farmers Branch, Texas in the kitchen of Two Lost Valley Lane. I liked to play outside with my four brothers and sisters and our rabbit, Blackjack, while Mom watched from the kitchen where she made her special granola.

Nibble A Sultana - Perfect taste of pumpkin seeds and spices; the apricot gave it a nice fruity kick! My second favorite, after the Belle Banana Foster.
Funky Figs and Cherries - This bar was filled with flavors. The figs gave it a nice, chewy texture. Two thumbs up!
Cheeky Cherry Chocolate & Haute Diggity Date - Sadly, I couldn't sample these because they contained dairy. However, my friend, Emily, over at Nutriciousisdelicious tried them and said nothing but good things. I am sure 18 Rabbits couldn't go wrong on these bars since they blew me away with their other flavors. :)
Belle Bananas Foster - the newest addition to the rabbits drove. This was by far my most favorite of the bars. The chunky banana chips were so sweet and crunchy and dates really amped up the flavor. I am really wanting another one of these right now!
Overall, these planks of deliciously tasting goodness are the perfect size and not too small like most granola bars out there. I was left completely satisfied after noshing on one for a snack (though, I wouldn't have minded more). ;)
If you see 18 Rabbits products in your store, I suggest you grab them up! Somehow this company makes the best granola - probably the best I have ever tried. I am not trying to fool 'ya, these bars are phenomenal!
